Total feast for the senses! Had a delightful and delicious time! The tea room is so lovely and inviting! The teas, pastries and sandwiches - delights to the pallet. Maryanne and Gianina are simply the sweetest and so attentive! Run, don’t walk to enjoy and support this wonderful addition to Hatboro’s Main Street!

Our visit to Sweet Baby's Tea Room was wonderful. You feel like you just stepped into someone's dining room, so warm and cozy. The decor is beautiful. So much work went into it, you can tell. The staff was friendly and attentive, all with smiles on their faces. Blueberry lemon scones were excellent, served with clotted cream, lemon curd, and raspberry jam, all made in house. All of the pastries and sandwiches were yummy, especially the chicken salad on cinnamon raisin bread. And, of course, the tea was great, brewed perfectly. There are so many different types to choose from. I had a wonderful white champagne currant that smelled heavenly and tasted even better. Can't wait to go back. This is a place that you must visit. You'll be happy you did.

I had a lovely time at my first ever tearoom experience at Sweet Baby's Tea Room. The atmosphere was so welcoming & cozy. The staff were attentive & helpful. The sandwiches & pastries were delicious and of course the tea was flavorful & had many to choose from. It really was a relaxing, good time & I will definitely be going back.

Opening day at Sweet Baby's.
My husband and I enjoyed full Afternoon Tea at this charming addition to Hatboro. The tables were full, and so were our bellies as we thanked Mary and "Sweet Baby" Gianina for a delicious and generous lunch.
It's easy to see that Mary puts her heart and soul into her endeavors. Love of tea, love of tradition, and love of family are evident as soon as you step inside. The walls display an array of treasured family photos. The array of china, cups and saucers, and teapots "short and stout" are a delight. And the food was as tasty and it was plentiful. I normally leave an afternoon tea wanting just a bit more... larger sandwiches or a decent size scone... but Mary and her granddaughter did not disappoint my greedy appetite. Wish I had taken pictures to show just how plentiful the courses and portions were. (Will do next time.)
Oh, and the hats! There should always be hats to draw your attention and curiosity over tea!
Sometimes a great meal brings about hiccups. Thus four stars out of five. Opening day was a full house and, understandably to my husband and me, service ran slow. I have no doubt my next visit will see improvement on that front. After all, hiccups are temporary.
The ladies of Sweet Baby's have created a lovely spot to enjoy the pleasures of a leisurely tea. I'm eager to go back for more.

Home Sweet Home - feels like I'm at my Grandmother's house.... Thank you for brining joy to my heart. Best of Luck Jena!

Sharon M. Just the beginning of something amazing, I'm so excited that Sweet Baby’s Tea Room is open! I enjoyed the soft opening and spending time yesterday with life long friends….Call and make reservations. You will not be disappointed.

Some of the lovely things people are saying about our tearoom

DONNA C. I love how the bell rings as you enter your magical space! You are taken back in time with the pictures of your family, the lace, the vintage tea cups and plates, each piece is a work of art.. and above the crystal chandeliers to light our experience.

I loved how nothing was rushed. We need this type of experience .. to relax, to savor your creations! It makes you feel .. dare I say .. a little like royalty.

I loved the way the servers were all dressed in black and wearing the Sweet Baby’s Tea room apron. They glided through the space like runway models.

I could feel the love of family in the room… their sense of pride in YOU ... their mother, grandmother, sister and all extended family who love you!

And the friends … some from many years ago and some more recent …all happy to meet each other and celebrate your grit, passion and unending work to make your dream a reality. I know your Mom was so happy to see this gathering!

I loved the salad!! My favorite tea sandwich was the chicken salad on the cinnamon swirl bread!! I tried chai tea for the first time! Delicious!!! The blueberry lemon scones with fresh made lemon curd, clotted cream and strawberry jam. Just amazing !!!! I could go on forever!

Can’t wait to come again!
